Below you will find our policies for Ordering, Shipping and Returns. If you have any further questions, please return to the main CONTACT page and send me a message. I will try to answer your questions as quickly as possible.

ORDERING

If you are interested in ordering an item or have a custom item in mind, please contact me through the contact page, facebook (@c2pcreations) or e-mail (c2pcreations@gmail.com), I am currently not taking orders through my webpage. All items ordered will be invoiced through PayPal, if you do not have a PayPal account, all I need is a valid e-mail address to the send invoice and you are able to pay with a debit/credit card.

     DIGITAL PRINTS:

     - Listings are for digital files only. Nothing will be physically shipped.
     - Due to products being digital files, there are no returns or refunds. However, if there is an error on my part I will happily correct it! 
     - Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly from monitor screen to printer.
     - All prints will be emailed out 2-3 days after purchase and sent only to the email address that is on file with PayPal.
     - Listings are not instant downloads.
     - All digital file listings are for personal use only, not for resale or redistribution. 

     - Please be sure to give ALL information needed for your custom invitation or announcement in the notes to seller upon checkout in PayPal.

     - Please take note...

          - It is very important to note that copyright restrictions on the Characters only permit graphics to be used for one time personal use such as birthday                       parties. Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you have issues with a photo lab refusing to print for you, please try another local photo lab or                     print at home yourself.
          - You are responsible for the printing of your invitation and you may print as many as you wish. No refunds will be given for printing issues.


               MATERIALS NEEDED
               - A PDF reader (Adobe Reader) to open, view and print your PDF.
               - Printer with ink or a printing service like Office Max, Kinkos, Staples etc...
               - Paper - for most items we recommend using 110# white card stock, 8.5 x 11.
               - Scissors or a paper cutter.

     CLOTHING & OTHER PERSONALIZED ITEMS:

     - Each item is made to order. What is made to order? Made to order means that all of our t-shirts, can coolers, popsicle holders, etc. in stock are blank until             purchased. 
     - We only begin working on our orders once payment is received. Items are made in the order they are received unless an expedited shipping service is                       purchased and we have approved the rush in advance. Our lead times vary. Please contact us for our current lead time if you need an item for a specific                   date. 
     - Please note business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not business days. Thank you. 

     

SHIPPING

DIGITAL INVITATION & ANNOUNCEMENTS:

     - These files are digital downloads so there is no shipping involved! Your order comes as a digital file in the form of a PDF, therefore, you can print as many           copies as you'd like from home or a photo lab. there will NOT be a physical paper invitation coming to you in the mail. Digital prints will be emailed out               within 2-3 days of purchase.

 

CLOTHING & OTHER PERSONALIZED ITEMS:

     - YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS 
        After ordering please look at your receipt and make sure your ADDRESS is CORRECT. If you have left an incorrect address and your item has been                   shipped to the incorrect address you will need to REPURCHASE in order for it to be REPLACED. We do not have access to any of your personal                       information on PayPal, hence we are unable to make any changes to information you supplied to PayPal.
     - HOW ORDERS ARE PROCESSED
        Items are made in the order they are received unless an expedited shipping service is purchased and we have approved the rush in advance. We only begin             working on our orders once payment is received. Our lead times vary. Please contact us for our current lead time if you need an item for a specific date.     
     - HOW WE SHIP (Domestic)
          - We ship via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. 
          - Please allow for 2-5 business days delivery domestically
          - Please understand that once your package is in the hands of the postal service we are at the mercy of their service. Other than tracking your package and                supplying you with tracking information it is out of our hands. If items are sent back because the post office is not be able to deliver it for any reason,                      Claudia's Cloth & Party Creations is not responsible. We will not refund based on a non-deliverable address. We do not refund or replace items that are              shown to be delivered.

 

IMPORTANT...
- Once a package is shipped I am NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS AND THEFT. For domestic orders: If you would like to add signature confirmation I can do this for $2.00. If you like to add insurance please let me know as well and I will re-calculate the shipping fee.
- Any and all shipping costs related to exchanges or expedited / guaranteed shipping shall be the buyer's responsibility. 

-We will not refund based on a non-deliverable address. We do not refund or replace items that are shown to be delivered.
- Again, please convo me ahead of time if you are unclear about any of this.

 

REFUNDS

**Please note....
All PERSONALIZED ITEMS (NAMES, etc.) are FINAL SALES, meaning 
REFUND will NOT be given. However, if there is an error I overlooked, I would be happy to correct it! We want you to you be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are disappointed with the item or items you receive please contact us with in 5 days of receipt. 

Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
If a refund is accepted, ALL returned items must be in the same condition as shipped (ie: not worn, used , or washed).
Refunds will not be given until the item is received. Refund is for purchase only and does not include shipping costs. 

 

COPYRIGHT INFORMATION
You are paying for a creative service and the time spent designing and personalizing your item with personal information and/or photos, which is permitted for one-time PERSONAL USE.
This item is not a licensed product; all character images used are free and not being sold.
We DO NOT SELL or claim ownership over the character clipart or graphics; they belong to their respective copyright holders.
Items purchased are for one-time personal use only and are not to be re-sold for any reason.
You are responsible for reading this listing and my policy page so that you know and understand the product and policies. By purchasing this listing you have agreed to them.
